Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting the Florida Wildlife Federation. Every purchase from our online store helps protect Florida's wildlife, water, and wild places.

To reduce waste and avoid excess inventory, all merchandise is custom made specifically for you after your order is placed. We partner with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment company, to produce and ship your order.

Order Processing

Most orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days before shipping.

During holidays, special promotions, or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. This is normal and occurs because different products may be produced and shipped from different Printful fulfillment facilities.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you discover an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@floridawildlifefederation.org.

Once production has begun or your order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Email us at info@floridawildlifefederation.org and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photographs of any damage, if applicable

We'll work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
