Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting the Florida Wildlife Federation. Every purchase from our online store directly supports our mission to protect Florida's wildlife, water, and wild places.

We partner with Printful, a professional print-on-demand fulfillment company, to produce each item specifically for you after your order is placed. Because every item is made to order, our return policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.

Returns and Exchanges

Because each item is custom made especially for you after your order is placed, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Incorrect size selection
• Color or style preference
• A change of mind after placing an order
• Accidental or duplicate orders

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and color options carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, contains a printing error, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Email us at info@floridawildlifefederation.org and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and any damage

We'll work with our fulfillment partner to review your claim and, when appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Because production often begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@floridawildlifefederation.org. If production has not yet started, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to have been lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
